All of our discs are laser cut from refined Nickel-Chrome-Molybdenum alloy steel before going through a thermo-hardening process, giving the disc a specific hardness. The discs then go through a second heating process that removes all stress from the disc, making it perfectly flat. After this the discs are surface grinded, and then given a 10 micron zinc coating for protection.
